Definition of a Qualified Elector
- Communicant in good standing for at least the prior 6 months, 16 years of age or older
- Be duly enrolled in the register of the Church of the Good Shepherd
- Be in regular attendance (livestream attendance included)
- Make contributions of record to the General Support of Good Shepherd's Mission and Ministry

- The Annual Meeting will livestream at 10:30 below. The feed will begin about 10 minutes before the meeting start time.

The 2023 Annual Meeting of Good Shepherd Episcopal Church
Each year, Good Shepherd is canonically required to conduct an Annual Meeting by the conclusion of January. This year our meeting is scheduled for Sunday, January 21, 2024, following the 9:00 a.m. worship service. We will meet in the church.
There will be ONE SERVICE on Sunday, January 21, at 9:00 a.m.
The Annual Meeting will begin around 10:30 a.m. - following the service.
There will be a reception with light refreshments following the meeting
THE BUSINESS TO COME BEFORE THIS MEETING WILL BE:
- The election of Vestry members
- Consideration of the 2024 parish budget
- Presentation on the State of the Parish
- Any other business that may rightfully come before this parish
What is the Annual Meeting?
Part of the Episcopal tradition is to hold an annual parish meeting to share with parishioners a recap of the prior year and a look at the year ahead. Good Shepherd encourages everyone to attend the meeting on Sunday, January 21, 2024. We will have one service on that Sunday — at 9:00 AM with the meeting immediately following.
Nursery and a program for young children will be available during the service and the meeting.
